📄️ Tables Management
The Tables view is the primary workspace for servers and hosts, providing a real-time overview of all tables and their order status.
📄️ Orders Management
The Orders view provides a comprehensive list of all orders with powerful filtering, sorting, and bulk action capabilities.
📄️ Courses
Courses let a table eat in order: starters first, mains once the starters are cleared, dessert after. The waiter sets the order; the kitchen cooks what has been fired and keeps the rest held; the pass releases each course to the runners.
📄️ Order Creation
Create and customize orders with the intuitive menu-driven interface, designed for both touchscreen and traditional input.
📄️ Allergies
SSP Waiter shows what each dish contains while you ring it in, records the allergies a table tells you about, and checks every dish on the order against them. A dish that contains a declared allergen cannot go to the kitchen until someone decides what to do with it.
📄️ Payments
Accept payments from your guests quickly and accurately with support for multiple payment methods, tips, and split checks.
📄️ Cash Drawer
If you take cash during your shift, SSP Waiter keeps track of your cash drawer: the float you start with, the cash you take, what goes to the safe, and the count at the end. Your manager sees the results in SSP Manager.
📄️ Discounts & Refunds
Handle pricing adjustments professionally with built-in approval workflows and accurate tracking.
📄️ Analytics & Reporting
Track your shift performance and sales with real-time analytics and historical reports.
